On-site assistance at production departments<\/h3>\n

We offer on-site assistance to support our clients in using our products directly at their production department, helping them solve critical issues without removing the molds from the molding machine. Every mold has a story and that story is made of different parts. Mold cleaning<\/h3>\n

Thanks to a new dedicated system, we can now provide a mold cleaning service: when this process is underestimated, not performed correctly on a regular basis it can greatly affect duration of the molds. Sampling<\/h3>\n

Our sampling and testing service enables to anticipate problems typical of production start-up and to verify and solve the variety of molding issues before delivering the mold. Pre-series production<\/h3>\n

We developed this service with our partners\u2019 valuable collaboration to offer manufacturing of pre-series and\/or initial batches even when the clients\u2019 plants and warehouses are not ready yet or during start up.
