In fact, producing with a worn mould involves longer production times and difficulties in the subsequent deburring phase.
\nSpecifically, during the deburring phase with nitrogen, it becomes difficult to detach the articles due to the large flash caused by the mould wear.<\/p>\n

In the next step, during the grinding of the rubber parts, further problems relating to the tolerances of the pieces could arise.<\/p>\n

All this then leads to a very high percentage of waste .<\/p>\n

In the last 10 years OCS has expanded the range of moulds offered, making moulds for rubber and silicone technical articles.<\/p>\n

More recently, we have created a department dedicated to the exclusive production of more complex moulds.<\/p>\n
