Vehicles must comply with new construction and safety standards.<\/strong> For this reason, a few months ago, one of our customers contacted us and asked for a mould for a new component that will be used in the construction of heavy vehicles and which will help ensure greater safety <\/span>during the molding phase.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our team analysed the case in detail and designed a mould that 100% meets the customer\u2019s needs<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Customer enquiry<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

In two words, customers asked us for reliability and practicality<\/strong>. This mould<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>for a technical rubber item is used to produce a large number of components and it must endure over time. In addition, the mould must be a support in the stage of extracting the technical rubber product from the mould. In this way, our customers would be able to reduce production time and deliver moulded products faster.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”5046″ img_size=”700X600″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1601026368144{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]\n

The solution<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

Our team\u00a0<\/span>carefully\u00a0<\/span>considered\u00a0<\/span>the\u00a0<\/span>customer\u2019s requirements when designing and manufacturing the mould.\u00a0<\/span>The final result<\/span>\u00a0is an injection mould made of particular and hardened steel<\/strong>. In addition, we have created a special tool to assist the operator during the extraction of technical rubber item from the mould. The\u00a0<\/span>key\u00a0<\/span>strength of the mould?\u00a0<\/span>It e<\/span>nsure<\/span>s<\/span>\u00a0quick and easy removal of the workpiece.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
