On-site assistance at production departments
We offer on-site assistance to support our clients in using our products directly at their production department, helping them solve critical issues without removing the molds from the molding machine. We can offer this service thanks to the proven experience we gained in the rubber and elastomeric mold sector.
We also offer prompt ordinary and extraordinary maintenance services to assist our clients along the entire life cycle of our molds. In addition, we can define preventive maintenance programs to service and extend the useful life of tools.
Every mold has a story and that story is made of different parts. We are well aware of this fact, and that is why our clients have the possibility to purchase made-to-measure or standardized spare parts.
Thanks to a new dedicated system, we can now provide a mold cleaning service: when this process is underestimated, not performed correctly on a regular basis it can greatly affect duration of the molds. That is why we offer this service to those who do not have the proper equipment.
Our sampling and testing service enables to anticipate problems typical of production start-up and to verify and solve the variety of molding issues before delivering the mold. All the above is possible thanks to the collaboration of our valuable partners.
We developed this service with our partners’ valuable collaboration to offer manufacturing of pre-series and/or initial batches even when the clients’ plants and warehouses are not ready yet or during start up. This enables us to fulfill our clients’ needs also with very tight delivery schedules.
We provide special lithographies and markings on the cavities and/or mold, also in areas difficult to reach.
